NI 43-101 McKENZIE LAKE PROJECT

ESI commissioned Watts, Griffis and McOuat Limited (WGM) to complete an independent review of the McKenzie Lake Property, with emphasis on the M2 Anomaly (Suggi Lake) in support of a National Instrument (NI 43-101) qualifying property technical report. ESI retained Strathcona Mineral Services Limited (Strathcona) to monitor an exploration program conducted by Hudson Bay Exploration and Development Company Limited (HBED) on behalf of ESI in the Flin Flon greenstone belt of east-central Saskatchewan, and provided a Technical Report, that would fulfill the requirements of National Instrument 43-101. Strathcona's mandate included the review of the existing exploration data from ESI and HBED in the McKenzie Lake Project area, and based on the review, the development of a genetic model that could be used to refine future exploration targeting.
