AGREEMENTS/JOINT VENTURES

In June 2007 Exploration Syndicate, Inc. entered into an Agreement Regarding Geophysical Exploration with Freeport-McMoRan Copper and Gold Inc. in south eastern Arizona. In January 2008 Exploration Syndicate, Inc. signed an Airborne Geophysical Survey Agreement with Kennecott Exploration Company (Rio Tinto) and successfully completed a test Z-TEM survey in Utah in March 2008 over a porphyry target. In July 2008 Exploration Syndicate, Inc. entered into a geophysical survey agreement with Vale Inco to conduct a test Z-TEM survey over its Voisey's Bay property in Labrador which was successfully completed in August 2008.
