AGREEMENTS/JOINT VENTURES

In June 2007 ESI Exploration Syndicate Inc. entered into an Agreement Regarding Geophysical Exploration with Freeport-McMoRan Copper and Gold Inc. in south eastern Arizona. In January 2008 ESI Exploration Syndicate Inc. signed an Airborne Geophysical Survey Agreement with Kennecott Exploration Company (Rio Tinto) and successfully completed a test Z-TEM survey in Utah in March 2008 over a porphyry target. In July 2008 ESI Exploration Syndicate Inc. entered into a geophysical survey agreement with Vale Inco to conduct a test Z-TEM survey over its Voisey's Bay property in Labrador which was successfully completed in August 2008.
